Sparkpeople.com is great. It has everything from meal plans to workout regimens and a huge community devoted to motivation and excellent tips. You can customize your goals and join support/competition teams. One of the best I've seen by far
I second spark people. It's great if you want to be involved in their community (forums, support groups - they have it pretty much all covered) or just want to track your progress.
You can build a workout from their library (complete with videos on how to do them correctly) or build in your own variations.
I found the progress tracker very helpful -- it includes actual measurement options (neck, chest, waist etc) above and beyond just weight.
The food tracker is great too -- has tons of stuff already in there from various restaurants an the like, plus you can enter your own, and search stuff that other people have entered too. Not only tracks calories -- but other nutrients as well.
I found the whole site to be well balanced and actually helped me a great deal with my motivation.
monkeybargym.com - it's a lot like Cross Fit, actually been around longer. Jon Hinds is a fitness guru. A lot of nutritional, and lifestyle information as well.
Same again for crossfit. There is a great start up site, where they are a really friendly supportive crew and they give good advice and great scalings for the workouts, which is the beauty and one of the philosophies with crossfit. This site is linked from the main crossfit page, but here is the website anyway.

The whole basis of the website is to provide a motivational community for working out. You can track your progress and allow motivators to see your progress. The forums and groups are great for getting questions answered and finding new things. Hints and tips are provided by "Professionals" but honestly, the best information comes from the other users.
Just remember, everyone has a different body. What is appropriate for one person may not be for someone else - take all info with a grain of salt.
