What can I do to prevent cold hands? My hands are always freezing, regardless of the temperture and it's embarrassing when I have to shake hands constantly.
Eat more meat (for the iron) and monitor your blood pressure. You could have some minor circulatory issues.

Check with your doctor, you may have Raynauds. I have it, and my hands and feet are always freezing.
