It has to be Vegas.
Vegas is cheaper than it ever has been right now (just got an invite from Wynn for $109/night...)
In Vegas, you get the option to go super cheap, or super deluxe. This means you can stay somewhere nice on the cheap and go nuts on the unbelievable food, or stay somewhere really nice and hit the cheap-but-still-good buffets. There's fantastic shows if you're into that, and of course, more broads than you can shake a stick at. If it's the broads your after, all the hottest ones from LA and elsewhere fly in for the weekend (at the nicer places like Scores and Spearmint Rhino).
There's really no way to outdo Vegas if you want to go cheap but still have an unbelievable time.

It all depends on where you are. Travel and hotels can be the most expensive part of your trip. If you live in a city like LA, NY, DC or any other big city you might want to consider just staying there but getting a hotel. Having a hotel in your home city but a different neighborhood than you typically hang out can be just as good as going someplace exotic.
