Tavo makes good gloves for electronic devices such as cameras, works great with iPod click wheels and iPhones too (or any other cell phone, etc. that requires finger touch)

I've started using football receivers gloves for outdoor work. Not great with warmth, but excellent for grip and dexterity. Important if you're working with delicate and expensive equipment.

Honestly? I use Fox Racing gloves when I am on a photo assignment. The have great grip and actually keep my hands warm too.

patagonia, makes under glove gloves that are thin and still have some warmth to them, however when I am on an assignment I don't usually wear gloves, my hands are busy enough that I usually don't get cold. a good jacket would help you more, I usually wear a Canada Goose jacket or a patagonia jacket.
