I sometimes get a bit of a sweat bit between the bottom of my nose and the top of my lip (where moustaches are basically)... is there a way of stopping the sweating? I dont have much facial hair if thats any help.
Like Tara said, consulting a dermatologist would be a good idea. That said, there are some Antiperspirant lotions out there that you might want to try.
is one I found with some quick googling (here's hoping I formatted the link correctly lol).
is another.
I don't have any experience with any of these types of products though, so I can't attest to their effectiveness, but they are worth a shot. As always, be sure to read the directions and warnings of any product you try to make sure they are safe to apply to your face.
If the issue is extreme or constant for extended periods of time, your dermatologist may offer Botox. It's regularly used to treat excessive sweating.
However, I would definitely recommend starting out with something that doesn't involve a needle...such as the products mentioned by the previous posters.
I know this a ver bad problem. In many cases it is observed that people consuming more salt in the diet suffer from excessive sweating. It is therefore worth trying to reduce the intake of salt and see how it helps.
If you want to really stop sweating quickly, giv it a try

I have used a hand antiperspirant before when i play golf, its the same as Will referred to (Product Name":http://www.ghostgrip.com → Ghost Grip Hand Antiperspirant"). It worked great on my hands and lasted 18 holes of golf but i would read the products information sheet about what is safe because i know the pores on your face are different than those on your hand and feet but it is all skin and i am not a Doctor. I'm sure you can contact them to ask the question. Hope this helps.

Your best bet would be to speak to a dermatologist. I know a friend who sweat more than the average person under their arms and they were given prescription deodorant, which helped immensely.
Everyone's body acts and reacts differently and a dermatologist might be able to find if you are having a skin reaction or problem.
Do some online research first and if you cannot find anything, call your local derm. for a consultation.
Good luck.
