If you prefer more organic solutions, try Desert Essence Facial Cleansing Pads (you can get them at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's), and/or Burt's Bees Herbal Blemish Stick. Both contain a bunch of alcohol, but otherwise, the ingredients are mostly plant-based.
Not that it answers you question, but have you recently changed your hairstyle? If you fringe now rests on your forehead, the oil in your hair can end up on your forehead and make pimples worse. At least is does for me!
that new stuff from clearasil in the tiny bottle that stuff works good or a product from proactive
I am blessed with constant breakouts. First don't touch the area that has broken out. You will only make it worse before the big day. Then hit the back yard and soak up a few hours of sun. You'll look nice and tan, and any blemishes will be as close to as invisible as you could hope for. Just don't turn yourself in to a lobster in a tux. This works for me every time, and I have bad skin.
The Proactive products are not good. They are overpriced and quite diluted. I would say keep your face clean, get lots of sleep and use some sort of drying agent.
If I were in your situation here is what I would do / do do in these situations. First wash the area with a mild soap doesn’t have to be acne soap but an antibacterial works best (I use dial) and lukewarm water. Don’t be rough with your skin just want to remove dirt and oil with no residue. Once done let your skin air dry (in a cool environment helps). Then look at the area in a mirror, ask your self would you be better off in 72 hrs if you popped them (don’t BS yourself here) (take everything in to account EX: wedding in the evening if you’re not in it try to arrive just in time; the get together after will probably be poorly lit harder to notice the blemishes). If yes you want to pop them with as little effort as possible while doing as little damage to the surrounding skin as possible (do your best to get everything out half popped may cause it to get infected and your screwed). Once done let your skin rest for a few hours a good crème with Benzoyl peroxide will promote drying of the skin again cool environment helps. Check back see how you stand I would use the Benzoyl peroxide for a day to help lessen the odds of an infection. Last day I would use a repairing crème Neosporin or any triple antibiotic helps heal and helps remove redness. Two things to remember one you know your body best and how fast you can heal from a blemish and two heat causes skin to become softer tanning and working outside in the heat will cause the blemishes to worsen and develop a head on them, cold causes skin to contract and reduce swelling.
1. Drink a ton of water.
2. Get a ton of sleep.
3. Don't drink any alcohol
4. Never try to pop 'em.
5. Use a topical cream - Benzoyl Peroxide is a good solution - then apply a moisturizer.
A tan may help conceal the blemishes, but be careful b/c most topical ointments make you burn more easily.
Get yourself some benzoyl peroxide. Check out this link http://www.danielkern.com/. Great, no fuss products for your face, created by an individual who suffered from acne himself.

All of his items were indispensable to me, when I went through a bout of adult acne.

try rubbing hydrogen peroxide on it right now. That will help until someone gives you a product to use and it will help.
