Please believe what I'm about to tell you as I have spent hundreds of hours researching and thousands of dollars experimenting. There are only two solutions to dark circles: Juvederm/Restylane fillers or blepharoplasty (eye surgery). I've suffered from dark circles my entire life. There is no cream or serum in the world that will cure it, or even begin to help. Dark circles are hereditary and are worsened in those with allergies. I spent $500 on Juvederm injections 3 months ago and it's by far one of the best investments I've ever made. It lasts about a year and I will do it every year from now on. Dark circles vanished instantly, as the space was filled with a facial filler. I instantly look 10 years younger and don't have dark circles for the first time in my entire life. Your dermatologist does the injections. I would research it. Otherwise, drink lots of water and sleep alot, that's about the only other way to make small improvements.

I have had some success with cutting down on booze and caffine, making sure I stay hydrated, and using an eye cream from Keal's called Eye-Alert: "http://www.kiehls.com/_us/_en/face/eye-area-preparations.aspx"
It does take time, however, and they are never going to be gone for good.
My mom works in cosmetic dermatology and always gives me the latest products to make my skin look as good as possible.
I was complaining about my dark circles and she gave me Teamine Complex to use. I'm still using it and saw great results. You can buy it on Amazon or a few other websites, but its supposed to only be sold at doctors offices.
Read up on it and give it a try. Results in a month or two.
I have the same problem and the only thing that works for me is to eat as healthy as possible, sleep well, and take allergy meds. The results aren't ever mind-blowing but there is a definite improvement. I started this process a week before this big wedding and I looked alright when it was time for pictures.
I started swiping my wife's Eye Cream and it works amazing and fast. If it doesn't do the trick they will return anything within 6 months!
