It's getting colder outside, and I'm looking for something to stay warm but with a good range of motion and fairly lightweight.
Have you looked into J. Lindeberg?
The Claude Pigment Sweat should keep you warm on the course, and will look good off the course.

Try wearing a lightweight thermal under your normal golf shirt. If its the wind that's really getting to you, add a slightly oversized windbreaker. These two alone/combined should warm you up a bit. If you are still cold, throw some hand warmers in your pockets, that will definitely do the trick. Kudos for staying on the course through the cold weather!
RLX has some really great long sleeve pieces for FALL GOLF.
J.Lindeberg has a cool golf dress shirt and a turtleneck.

I bought two long sleeve golf pullovers this year, One was at www.Footjoy.com,Footjoy thermal Golf Mock(perfect for cool weather and great comfort feel) and the other was a Starter Dri-Star Half zip mock which I bought at wal-mart for $17.00(I was surprised at how durable and comfortable it is for the money) good luck
Unless you are playing somewhere crazy cold, the Nike Pro Thermal Sleeves are the best. They are easy to take on and off in changing conditions and do not affect your swing at all. I keep a set in my bag all year for those early morning tee times. They come in Black, White and Grey.
Try the 5.11 Tactical Polo:http://www.lapolicegear.com/5taprpoloslu.html from L.A. Police Gear or any other 5.11 distributor. This is stuff made for law enforcement - so it performs pretty well. Has a handy dandy pen pocket on the left sleeve as well. They are often on closeout specials as well, so you may want to stock up when they are cheap.
I say go classic and get a cardigan sweater. It's stylish, comfortable and keeps you plenty warm without being so heavy that it hinders your range of motion.
I've played a bunch of bad weather rounds in this (cold/wet):

It keeps you warm and dry, and can peel it off if the weather changes, which is better than being stuck in a long sleeved shirt, and it does not hinder any kind of motion. Also, the wrists have elastic and it sits nicely against a golf glove.
I've worn this enough times on and off the course to say that its well worth the money.

I haven't found any long-sleeve collared shirts that I really like. I prefer to wear the Nike-Pro Cold-Weather Shirt
Its warm and, extremely flexible, and about as light-weight as you can get. Plus you can wear it for other cold-weather activities like running, skiing, football, etc.
