I'm not sure if these are acceptable for use by lumberjacks, but I like the Flip & Tumble bags. Some colors are more manly than others; I went for black/slate myself.

The WholeFoods 'Feed' sack is my preferred. Burlap bottom and canvas sided loop handles with "Feed" screened on one side and "100" on the other. Zips closed when not in use. Proceeds benefit the WholeFoods foundation and are able to provide meals for 100 starving people across the globe for every bag sold.

Mission Wear in Denver makes some great "manly" bags. I'm especially a big fan of the Recycled Coffee Bean Bag. I'm constantly getting complements on mine, plus you support a worthy cause when you buy one.
