Searching for big and tall clothes is just demoralizing.... Why do companies think every big guy wants a breast pocket on his polo shirt? But yeah, Casual Male XL has a lot of designer stuff that looks good. It is about the only place I shop for clothes. They also have lots of sales and coupons so its a relatively good value too.

Surprisingly, Banana Republic has a good selection for big and tall men. Also Gap and Eddie Bauer...if you want to look like a lumberjack!!! For big shoes, shoebuy.com is the only way to go. Always have 20% off coupons and free shipping.
Collosal Clothing's ok, but a pretty limited choice of styles. If you want a better selection, and have a couple bucks to spend, try Rochester Big & Tall (www.rochesterclothing.com). They've got higher-end clothing for big guys, albeit a little pricey.
If you're tall but not big, American Eagle and Eddie Bauer both have tall sizes available online. For shoes, I would recommend Oddball
