Threadless makes some great stuff submitted by freelance artists which are great quality and well-priced.
Urban Outfitters also has a great selection of shirts, just watch out for quality when it comes to UO

honestly Das Monk - www.dasmonk.com has by far the best printed tees going around. The fits are amazing too. I have a heap of them.
