I'm looking for some good business/casual button up shirts that don't require ironing.
My vote still goes to Brooks-Brothers. I go with the non-iron slim-fit dress-shirts. You can't top the quality for the price.
Try the new Brooks-Cool.
Lately I've been really happy with Eddie Bauer's selection of No-Iron shirts:

Not sure why, but Penguin's long sleeve button front shirts all seem to be ridiculously wrinkle-proof. Do they sprinkle some polyester in there for acidity? Hard to say. They certainly don't.
Penguin Town & Country Long Sleeve Woven Shirt
They're so good at repelling those nasty creases (and a perfect slim fit taboot) that I'm considering filling my closet with them.
I know just the thing. Easycare Shirts at Marks & Spencers. They are inexpensive and are in a variety of colors and patterns.
It is a UK company. But take it from me, you will never need to iron one of these badboys.
charles tyrwhitt is the uk equivalent of brooks brothers, but the elbows dont tear after a month of sitting at the desk. usually a deal 4 for $200 which is much better thank brooks bros.
All I wear is Roundtree & Yorke Gold Label
All of the shirts keep their good creases. The collar stays are removable and I recommend doing so before drying. Any color, any design, big and tall,...
You can even buy them at Dillards
Let's recommend something with a little brand cred. Thoams Pink traveler shirt is fantastic. Also, they come with hidden pockets as well.

BTW - Check out the commuter tie (for the iPod) also
Jos. A Bank sells some great wrinkle-free shirts. They even come in a slimmer fit. I've been stuck on these for several years, as I hate starch in my shirts, and hate ironing them myself. I've got about 8 of these in my closet, and I'm happy with all of them. They're around $80 a pop, but are regularly on sale for half off, or buy one-get one free.
I've recently strayed away for the sake of having some shirts custom-made, but haven't gotten those in yet. I'd imagine that you could get the best quality from custom shirts, but you won't be able to do this for much under $120.
Wrinkle free? Drew said it, Brooks Brothers no-iron. Catch them right when the dryer ends, throw them on a hanger and they're perfect. If you're up for it, have them custom-made, cannot be beat.
I did the Brooks Brothers thing for a while... Maybe it's me but I just don't find their non-iron dress shirts all that comfortable. I've been much more pleased by Jos. Banks' Traveler Shirt
Some of their pricier lines feel just as quality as some of the shirts I've got off Jerymn Street. Can't say I feel the same about any of the Brooks Brothers stuff I've got. That said, I'm still sticking with Brooks Bros' suits.
Matt, you are not an old man, Brooks Brothers isn't for you. Any one shirt selling for above 110 pesos is money wasted.
Go to a department store, buy in packs of three, get them altered. Fit is becoming more popular than brand.
My vote still goes to Brooks-Brothers. I go with the non-iron slim-fit dress-shirts. You can't top the quality for the price.
Try the new Brooks-Cool.
My Vote - Product Name=15561→ Orvis Wrinkle Free
excellent wear even travels great...no ironing ever!!!
Brooks Brothers Non-Iron Slim Fit. I buy a half size down (neck) if I know I won't ever button the top button. BB is an American style icon, not a brand exclusively for old men, Republicans, or WASPs lacking style.
I'm a big fan of Chas. Tyrwhitt. In terms of analyzing return on investment, I've not found better. Their slim-fit non-iron shirts are the ones I've consistently received the most compliments on, particularly from the opposite sex. They're quite inexpensive, and you can make special requests for tailoring (half sizes, pockets, monogram, etc) at a low price. You can find higher quality shirts for a much higher price, but you can't beat four of these shirts for $199.
I see there are a lot of fans of Brooks Brothers here. I don't know about you, but even their slim fit shirts look like a sack on me. Your mileage may vary.
The JCPenny (I'm not kidding, JCPenny) Stafford shirts (I like the oxford and performance ones) such as this one, Product Name:http://www2.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6E.aspx?DeptID=53006&CatID=54394&GrpTyp=ENS&ItemID=16bb43f&attrtype=&attrvalue=&CMID=53006|53918&Fltr=&Srt=&QL=F&IND=7&cmVirtualCat=&CmCatId=53006|53918|54394
are fantastic.
They are normally only ~30 dollars, but you can find them on sale for aroundd 15-20 dollars most of the time. They even make an athletic fit which is great because I HATE billowy dress shirts.
I initially purchased a couple because I needed more dress shirts when I got out of college. I now only buy these shirts and love them more than any of the Brooks Brothers ones that I have.
The Brooks Brothers Non Iron Oxfords are a great choice. I recommend the slim fit, it will not blouse out when you tuck it in and there are plenty of collar and cuff options.
