Your toothbrush, toothpaste and ability to avoid teeth-staining liquids like red wine, colas, coffee and teas.

One of the top embarrassing issues that we get at the Grooming Lounge is guys having yellow teeth. Fortunately, there are a few products out there that can really help and make chompers sparkle white. Our top choice and seller is the “Supersmile Professional Whitening System”: http://www.groominglounge.com/teeth.html . It comes with their minty toothpaste and a whitening accelerator that you simply put on top of the toothpaste. Brushing is exactly the same so you don’t have to change any grooming routines. In a short time, your stained teeth will be white and even better, you didn’t have to pay or go see a doc to make it happen… and it works.

As a dental student, I can tell you that no at home whitening kit will work as well as a whitening in the office. I would advise sucking up the cost if you really want your teeth to shine. If that's out of the question, go with the Whitestrips, toothpastes ultimately don't do anything but add additional grit which could cause problems if you have sensitive teeth.

Depends a lot on your price range. I've had success with everything from the paint-on type that looks like its in a Wite-out container and the Crest Whitestrips. Both times I had some minor tooth sensitivity issues. However, if you can afford them, the trays tend to get the best reviews since they contain stronger solutions and whiten more than just your front teeth.
