Best one I have ever seen blows all others out of the water. NASA requires it's astronauts to take it six months before going into space!
I use GNC Mega Men Vitapaks (GNC.com) I'm currently using the Heart paks which contain two vitamins, double-strength fish oil, phytosterols, and grape seed extract. The paks are touted to help maintain healthy blood-pressure and lower bad cholesterol. They have Sport and Vitality paks as well as paks that provide energy support, joint support, etc. You can also take the sealed paks with you if you travel so you don't have to carry bottles or worry about pill-organizers.
