What is the best pillow one could buy?
I've never used the memory foam, but everything high end goes this route.
I swear by the The NeckPillow by Tempur-Pedic™. I have a hard time sleeping without it.

i love my tempurpedic pillows. had them 4 years. not the most expensive, but expensive enough i think :) ($160 each)
