What is the best portable, waterproof speaker system?

I'm looking for one that I can use while floating down a river on an inner tube. I need something that will survive splashes and a potential dunking.

I have seen EGO products before, and they are about as good as you can get in this category. They vary in price from around $50 and go up depending on what device you are using to obtain your tunes.
