We agree with the answer above. We’ve checked out a lot of different shower mirrors and bar none the "Ace Fogless Shower Mirror": http://www.groominglounge.com/acefoglessmirror.html is the only one that really gets the job done. It has a patented water reservoir system that equalizes mirror and air temperature to help eliminate fog. It’s a hi-tech mirror with super-easy setup. The mirror also has heavy duty suction cups that will truly keep the mirror from falling off the shower wall. It might not have the radio component (we’d recommend two different pieces), but it’s the best mirror out there and at least you’ll be able to see your face when shaving that scruffy beard.
Any shower mirror you buy IS going to fog. They generally have stupid coatings on them that don't last.
The only mirror that has a chance is one that somehow connects to your water system so the hot water cycles behind it. I have seen one of these. My in-laws had it and it did not fog. It was actually plumbed in to the hot water stream so it circulated behind any time the shower was on. No clue where it came from though. It was also just a mirror - no radio. Personally, I would separate the two devices anyway so when/if the radio fails (which it probably will, being electronics in a wet environment), your mirror still works.
Grooming Lounge has this Ace For Men Fogless Mirror

i have owned a few shower radio / mirror over the years and the mirrors dont usually stay fog free... (buy yourself a mirror w/ a suction cup) for the best sound and durability i have found this Sony to be the best... it has a timer, clock, preset buttons for your favorite channels and a weather band... and for about $50 you cant find a better radio...

I really suggest going with a mirror and not a shower radio. The shower radio sounds like a great idea, but you end up taking really long showers because of it (well, I did at least). This Forma Suction Shaving Mirror looks pretty nice, and the shelf and hooks on the bottom make it easy to store razors.

Just bought the Sharper Image Fog-Free shower mirror. It wirelessly streams and plays music from an MP3 player. Has built-in storage and displays the time as well.
