My vote goes to gosmile.
Guys having yellow teeth is one of the top embarrassing issues that we get at the Grooming Lounge. There are a few products out there that can really help and make chompers sparkle white. Our top choice is the "Supersmile Professional Whitening System": http://www.groominglounge.com/teeth.html . It comes with their minty toothpaste and a whitening accelerator that you simply put on top of the toothpaste. Brushing is exactly the same so you don’t have to change any grooming routines. In a short time, your stained teeth will be white and even better, you didn’t have to pay or go see a doc to make it happen… and it works.
From personal experience, I could tell you the standard Crest whitestrips you find at places like CVS or Drug fare work great. They are easy too use, cheap, and have fast results. You can check out my article on eHow that I wrote about them after I was pleasantly surprised with their results.
When I needed to whiten my teeth for my wedding, I used Crest Whitestrips Premium. After doing some research, I found that it consistently got good reviews from both review websites and users. They whiten your teeth a few shades without making them look unnaturally white.
Few issues to consider:
* They did sensitized my teeth. If you have an electric toothbrush, considering shelving it while using the system.
* It is distracting having plastic strips across your teeth. I kept wanting to pick them off with my tongue as if I had food stuck on my teeth.
* I found it hard to put them on my bottom teeth. I couldn't always get them in place so that they would stick for 30 minutes. They would start to curl up or slide down over my gums instead of sticking to the tooth itself.
First you must realize that no matter what toothpaste you use, it will only at best get your teeth one shade whiter.
Professional and teeth whitening systems such as AltaWhite and BriteSmile Pro use a type of oxidizing agent, such as peroxide, that soaks into the tooth and lightens the very structure of it. So you will always get several shades whiter using these products or going to your dentist and getting it professionally done.
But if you still want to use a whitening toothpaste to compliment a professional procedure, then the hands down winner is Supersmile toothpaste. This is far and away the best whitening toothpaste and if used as directed you will get at whiter teeth.
Get the Crest Whitening Strips. They're still selling them because they work well.
The best method I have found is straight hydrogen peroxide, additionally it is also the cheapest. I have tried the Crest White Strips previously but they are expensive and I couldn't justify buy them again. So I checked the active ingredient and hydrogen peroxide was listed. I picked up a bottle and haven't turned backed. I brush and rise with it and get great results. Its worth a look.
Find out if the whitener can "whiten" crowns...
When they are installed by you Dentist, the current shade of your teeth is matched as close as possible, yellow and all, especially front ones. You are wasting your money because your regular teeth will whiten, thus causing a mismatch. This information should be required on each package of all teeth whiteners. [a disclaimer]
I use one of these , they have the gum, the wraps, or the tray's, best of all I can have them shipped to me rather than converse with the people of Walmart

Hydrogen Peroxide.
I think it only removes surface stains, but for some, it's a noticeable difference. The "teeth-to-white-it-must-be-photoshopped" look doesn't do it for me.
