Doane Paper has some solid options. Although not "leather" you can't beat the price!

They are not really leatherbound, but the Black n Red journals are really, really nice and look great as you start lining up a collection over the years.

Very well bound, pleasant to write in, and classy.

If money is not an issue, I suggest an Epica journal / notebook.

They're Italian leather and come lined and unlined. If you're looking for class, it's just about the classiest notebook ever. I've had a journal from them for 3 years and I am very very happy with it (hand-made Amalfi paper is awesome).

It is a little pricey, but you'll be noticed if you have one. You can also get your name (or anything) embossed on the cover in gold.
