Is there something that will cut my hair (it's basically a buzz) and shave or style my beard?
I've been using the Product Name Remington HC-600 for over a year now, to cut my own hair and trim my beard. Paid under $30 I think. I comes with enough different guards to get the lengths I like for both head and face. I surprised a local beauty school instructor by saying I cut my own hair, she didn't believe me, so I think it does the job.
What with the double post from grooming lounge, even the wrong subject?!
All in one? hmmm... Try the hammacher schlemmer Gentlman's Personal Barber
I'm assuming you actually grow a beard and need to keep it trimmed. Ive been thinking about getting one of these myself. I use the HeadBlade to shave my head but sometimes I cant do it as often as I want... I have to use a buzzer first. This to me looks like it would make things even easier.

Fortunately there is the perfect shave system for guys trying to shave their head and beard thanks to this little innovation from HeadBlade. I saw one in use a while back at a friend's house and he had shaved his head and beard within a couple of minutes. Same company also makes a great mentholated shave cream called HeadSlick Shave Cream that really does wonders for those sensitive areas on the face and head. I think they have a trimmer as well--just so you can be badass like Frank Trigg in this video: Triggonomics.

How much should you tip a hair stylist?
I use this Phillips Norelco shaver. It has multiple settings for different lengths built in and it self sharpens. You won't clutter up your bathroom with multiple guards. It also has a built in Vacuum that catches all of the trimmed hair. I pop off the guard to shave, it gets as close as posible but leaves a nice 5 o'clock shadow.
