Where can guys with size 18+ feet get stylish dress/casual shoes?
I have very wide size 15 feet. Dress shoes are nearly impossible to find. However, I've had incredibly good luck with ShoeBuy

They don't have a great size 18 selection, but there's 5-6 you may want to take a look at.

Friedman's Shoes in Atlanta or Online
Every pro athlete with hard-to-fit feet has probably been through this store that specializes in large sized shoes.
I have found that Nordstrom has a great selection both online and in store. Try Rochester Big and Tall for some styles as well as Zappos.com and Eastbay.com for sports.
I'm only a size 15 but feel your pain. Try Oddball.com- They have a varied and often rotating mixed selection (decent for 18). All the guys who own/work there are super tall with huge feet and super cool, so they are very sensitive the needs of our people.
