I have a pair from timberland that are very simple, yet stylish.
Having a gigantic head myself, I've recently found that the Badgley Mischka line at Sama is awesome. The Theodore is a fantastic looking pair of glasses, and if there's not a Sama near you, many higher-end retailers also carry the line.
www.zennioptical.com is a wonderful resource for prescription glasses in general.
They list measurements for each frame so if you measure what you have right now you can get a pretty good idea of how they'll fit your face. The great thing is that they're so super cheap (they start at $8 for frame+script lenses) that you can order a bunch of styles for the same price as one pair of designer glasses at Lenscrafters.
I have the largest head out of my group of friends and while I normally wear contacts, whenever my eyes are killing me I resort back to my Persol glasses. (Haha I just got up and am wearing them right now!) The model number is 2855, you can get them in tortoise shell if thats your style, or classic black. Friends who have only seen my in contacts always are "surprised I look so good in glasses," so I'll be keeping them. You can get them at Lenscrafters. Just as a side note, I had to go back and get the ear part re-bent because they were falling off when I leaned forward. Now they're perfect.

most prescription glasses from Oliver Peoples are a good wide fit that don't look awkwardly narrow on a large head.
