Anywhere reputable besides eBay?
I have always used Protero Luxury for vintage watches.
I admire the vintage Omegas. I ordered an Omega "inspired" watch ~ an automatic watch that looks like an Omega. While it is not an Omega, it is an automatic, and I really like it. I get more compliments on it than I do on my Breitling Chronomat Vitesse. See it here

If your budget allows, you may want to check out the Sotheby's Important Watches auction on April 19. They usually have Omegas and some can be quite rare. More info: Product Name here.
I'd actually steer clear if eBay, if possible, as a number of "frankenwatches" show up there. Online, there are a number of reputable vintage watch sellers, some of whom specialize in Omega.
Some good ones:

and

and

All have solid reps. Ted's probably has the most reasonable (ie, cheap) prices.
Happy hunting!
