E-Ville Press Comics

E-Ville Press is a group of Pixar artists and animators who are independently creating graphic novels based on some very unique ideas. The first comics were unveiled just last month, and we were lucky enough to get a hold of two of the titles. Rose and Isabel by Ted Mathot ($8) is an intriguing story of two sisters who get involved in the Civil War in search of their lost brothers. Colossus by Mark Andrews is a stunning story about a knight's soul trapped in a metal robot-like creature that battles evil in a far away kingdom. Both are done in an equally beautiful style, and would make an excellent addition to any collection or coffee table.
