Highland Park Ice Edition Scotch Whiskey

No distillery celebrates the Vikings quite like Highland Park. And Highland Park Ice Edition Scotch Whiskey pays homage to the Viking roots of the brand's Orkney Islands home. The 17-year-old single malt scotch clocks in at just under 108 proof and comes in a blue tinted bespoke bottle that features a Norse symbol which represents the creation of the world. It's also encased in a mountain-shaped wooden cradle, and under 4,000 bottles will see store shelves in the U.S. by the end of May.

  • Stillhouse Moonshine

The rebirth of clear corn whiskey continues with Stillhouse Moonshine. Made from estate-grown corn in authentic copper stills by some of Virginia and Kentucky's finest distilleries, this 100% clear corn whiskey is also charcoal-filtered for better quality and flavor. It comes in an array of flavors, including unique variants like mint chip and red hot, and while it may not pack the same punch as the illicit variety, with an ABV ranging from 34.5 to 40%, it's nothing to scoff at, either. It works best as a chilled shot, as a surprise substitute in a classic cocktail, or in a handcrafted punch, and arrives in a display-worthy 100% stainless steel can, letting you enjoy it in places where glass bottles simply aren't an option.

  • The Quiet Man Irish Whiskey

Inspired by the father of managing director Ciaran Mulgrew, who tended bar for over 50 years but told no tales, The Quiet Man 8-Year-Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey has just hit US store shelves. The 8 year variety is finished in first-fill bourbon barrels and boasts a high malt percentage that helps provide a smooth finish. It's also the first Irish whiskey produced in Derry, Ireland in more than 100 years.
