South African Private Game Reserve

Surrounded by 25,000 acres of untouched wilderness, the South African Private Game Reserve is the opportunity to own a piece of the Eastern Cape. The gated residence combines luxury accommodations with traditional safari campsites with its two tented units, consisting of 11 suites with bathrooms and private decks, 13 fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, and infinity swimming pool. Its elevated location overlooks the Bushman's River, providing both incredible views and access to the Indian Ocean. Perhaps the greatest feature is the remote landscapes, offering glimpses of Africa's Big Five game — lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and cape buffalo.

  • Melody Key Private Island Lodge

Comprising 5.24 acres of seclusion just 25 miles from Key West, Melody Key Private Island Lodge represents both an investment opportunity and a chance to get away. Its three-story timber home consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an open top-floor that holds the kitchen, bar, dining area, lounge, and offers 360-degree views of the ocean. There's a freshwater pool and covered poolside lounging, and the solar system works with the backup generator and desalination system for self-sufficient living. It's currently open to guests as a rental accommodation, but it's up to your whether you'd want to keep the additional revenue stream or have it all to yourself.

  • Neutra J.M. Roberts House

Coming off a two-year restoration, the Neutra J.M. Roberts House is looking as fresh as its 1955 debut. The southern California residence retains its signature Richard Neutra features — Texas Shellstone entrance, built-in planters, and double-sided fireplace — while receiving some upgrades to the heating and cooling systems. Internally, the home is comprised of four bedrooms and three baths and is filled with midcentury modern touches, including cork tile, original terrazzo flooring, birch paneling, original fixtures, and stainless steel firewood boxes. Situated on 3.5 acres, a kidney-shaped pool and koi pond are surrounded by rows of eucalyptus, pine, and oak trees, and backed by views of the San Gabriel Mountains.
