Superhouse

Created by architect Magnus Ström and meant to provide superyacht-level luxury on land, the Superhouse is a highly customized, highly limited accommodation. Each one will be tailored to the needs of the owner, taking into account both their personal style and the home's location, be it on a beach near their yacht or a city penthouse. Consultants and partners will be brought in to provide bespoke furnishings, storage systems, and lighting, and each home will have its serial number discreetly hidden in the facade, letting other super-rich houseguests know exactly when you got in line. Limited to just 30 worldwide.

  • Austin Shipping Container House

Drawn up by award-winning designer Patrice Nichole Rios, this Austin Shipping Container House mixes industrial and high-end materials with ease. The basic form of the home, as well as the creative space/container out back, is clad in metal, while the interior features concrete flooring downstairs and hickory on the second level. In total it offers three bedrooms, with brick flooring in the master bath, quartz countertops, and pipe shelving that was built on-site. It's also just blocks from Mueller, and a short trip from downtown.

  • Bel Air Mansion with Car Collection

We're not sure if it's the biggest house in the US. But it is the most expensive. This Bel Air Mansion with Car Collection is a brand-new, over-the-top build that includes absolutely everything. "Everything" encompassing more than just the four floors, 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three kitchens, massive home theater, and infinity pool with swim-up bar. It includes all the furniture, all the gadgets, all the wine, all the candy, the custom-built glass ping pong and billiards tables, shoes and balls for the bowling alley, and the helicopter. It even includes a $30 million car collection that features a custom Rolls-Royce and a Bugatti. And to help you take care of it all, it comes with seven full-time employees who live in their own "staff wing", ensuring that once you move in you won't need to lift a finger unless you want to.
