2014 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507

It does look quite a bit like any other C-class Benz — but a closer look at the hood should tell you that you're not dealing with any run-of-the-mill C250. The 2014 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507 ($TBA) is even more powerful than the standard C63, milking 507 hp from the naturally-aspirated, 6.3L V8. All that power is good for a 0-60 time of 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 174 mph. Other features include that heat-expelling hood, taken from the Coupe Black Series, as well as light-alloy forged wheels, a sports stripe above the rocker panels, and exclusive interior and exterior liveries.

  • 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG 4Matic

Who said you had to give up speed to gain interior space? Available in both sedan and wagon models, the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG 4Matic ($TBA) has everything it needs to keep up with the fastest of sports cars. Powered by a 5.5-liter AMG V8 Biturbo, it boasts 550 hp — 577 on the S-Model — and an AMG Speedshift MCT 7-speed sports transmission to hurtle it from 0-60 in just 3.5 seconds on its way to a top speed of 186 mph. Permanent all-wheel-drive ensures that power gets to the pavement, and, of course, it's still an E-class, with all the interior refinement you'd expect. Arriving this summer.

  • 2014 Jaguar XFR-S

Enticed by the XKR-S, but decide that the coupe was just a little too impractical? Say hello to the 2014 Jaguar XFR-S ($99,000). The fastest, most powerful sedan Jaguar has ever produced, the XFR-S is powered by the same 5.0L supercharged V8 as its two-doored stablemate, giving it 550hp and a 0-60 mph time of just 4.4 seconds on its way to a top speed of 186 mph. Despite the speed, it still manages to eek out 23 mpg highway, and also features a ZF eight-speed transmission, wide 20-inch Varuna forged alloy wheels, and plenty of carbon fiber components to help reduce weight and lift. Limited to just 100 units in the U.S., it'll go on sale next summer.
