AC Gears

When we heard that long-time Uncrate sponsor AudioCubes had opened its first retail store, we were super stoked to say the least. The company has been selling all sorts of awesome electronics online for years, and now does so in a modern storefront in New York City. The AC Gears store carries a bundle of gadgets and imported toys — about half of what they sell online — and is staffed by the most knowledgeable of geeks. The store also features some very advanced robots that you won't find anywhere else. AudioCubes told us that AC Gears had been planned for over a year, while construction took a little over two months. They said they plan to open about three locations in NY and then other stores across the country. AC Gears is located at 69 E. 8th Street, and is open 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Stop by and feed your gadgetry addiction.
