There's no better, more flexible addition to a fall wardrobe than a nice, comfortable hoodie, and the new line of Marc Ecko Star Wars Hoodies ($58-$98) are at the top of our list. Made from soft, 100% cotton, each features a different design, along with adjustable hoods, ribbed cuffs and waistbands, and front pockets. Our favorites? The Real Trooper and Fett for Real hoodies, which double as lazy-man costumes. In our best gravely Emperor tone: "Gooooood." [Thanks, Danny]
The first thing you should know is that there is no shame in admitting you have the mentality of a 12 year old. And just because when you see an R/C helicopter your first reaction is to snatch it out of the air, grab the controller from the kid and run off to play with it on your own, well, that doesn't necessarily make you a bad person. But now with the Microfly Tiny R/C Hovering UFO ($25), you can have your very own radio controlled flying apparatus, meaning you no longer have to glare at children enviously. It's a good day.
Legendary cookware designer Calphalon recently launched itself into the world of small appliances — and we like the results. The Removable Plate Grill ($150) is made from heavy-duty cast aluminum and has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees. Perfect for apartments or anyone without a backyard.
Nerf darts at noon are fine and dandy, but real office warfare is done after hours in low light with the Lazer Tag Multiplayer Battle System ($80). The new package includes two Phoenix LTX guns (with rumble pack, recoil feature, and manual reload option), a Pinpoint Sight (for better accuracy), and a Shot Blast attachment (to tag multiple targets at once and boost your hit damage). You can add an unlimited amount of guns for total co-worker mayhem, and you can sharpen your skills with the included video game module that hooks up to your TV for a first-person Lazer Tag game.
A reusable water bottle as healthy as the water you put inside it. The KOR ONE Hydration Vessel ($30) is BPA-free (good for your body) and cuts down on the amount of water bottles you throw away each year (good for the planet). The KOR ONE features a pretty stunning industrial design, topped off with a just-right spout and a hinged cap (screw you, screw-on caps) for quick one-hand opening and closing.

If you live in a brownout-prone area, or if you're just gearing up for the apocalypse, Energizer's new Light On Demand ($TBA) line will keep your home lit with or without power. The line, which features a desk lamp, nightlights, a cordless motion light, and a cordless wall sconce, is designed to provide normal lighting throughout the day and emergency lighting when the power is off. Each model is powered by a removable LED light stick, which is equipped with internal, rechargeable batteries and can be detached to serve as an area light/flashlight when the power goes out.

We've been holding off on posting about Faceball, the newest office sports craze, until the "official" balls were available for purchase. Now that they are, we introduce you to your new favorite pastime. Faceball is basically a one-on-one game in which you and an opponent sit 10-feet apart and take turns hitting each other in the face with beachballs. And yes, it's just as much as fun as it sounds. See the official rules, buy a couple balls ($3), and commence the face shots.

Even during early childhood, globes speak to every guy's desire to rule the planet. Now you can actually see the world the way it was meant to be seen with the Levitating Desktop Globe ($40). It employs an electromagnet and a computerized sensor to work its levitating magic, allowing you to pass your hand above or below the globe with no stoppage in floating.

If you're looking to entertain outdoors this summer, having a firepit and a coffee table outside is nice. However, having them both in one is even better. The Carmel Firepit/Coffee Table ($390) is a simply-designed table that can be used as both an open firepit and a grill, making it more versatile than name suggests. Each one is handcrafted from rustproof cast aluminum, the unique welding adds an antique quality, and the weighted legs help hold it in place.

Imagine having crispy pizza from the microwave... That alone is enough for us to take notice of the Black & Decker InfraWave Countertop Oven ($150). The 1500-watt oven offers instant heat with no preheating, and can deliver microwave-like cooking speeds with the performance of a traditional oven by using specific wavelengths of light from high-power light bulbs to cook your food.

It's not easy to stay organized and productive in this world of endless distractions. David Allen's Getting Things Done has sparked an entire culture of people following these GTD ideals. Sites like 43 Folders and Lifehacker are great resources for more productivity ideas, but we want to know: What do you do to stay organized and productive?
Believe it or not, there are indoor grills that don't say "Foreman" on them. The Breville 800GRXL Indoor Grill ($175) kicks George's grill's ass all over the place with a 1500-watt grill that can be used like a panini press, or opened up for use of 368 square inches of cooking surface. Other features include ribbed and flat plates, temperature adjustable from 350 to 450 degrees, and a stainless steel body.

Just in time to feed your Apple TV with 802.11n wireless goodness, comes the Apple Airport Extreme with 802.11n ($180). It features Multiple In Multiple Out antennas, three Ethernet LAN ports, one WAN port, a built-in NAT firewall, and one USB port. The USB port can be used to share a USB hard drive or a USB printer across your network, or use a USB hub and share both.

We've been fans of Elgato ever since they came out with the original EyeTV — and their products keep getting better. The latest is the EyeTV Hybrid ($150), a simple, USB 2.0 dongle-style device that allows you to watch and record analog, digital, and (with the right Mac) HDTV. It has a standard coaxial connector, as well as a break-out cable for connecting composite, S-Video, and audio from other sources such as cable set-top boxes. Add in Elgato's excellent EyeTV 2 recording software, and you have one of the slickest, most affordable video solutions on the market. [Thanks, Jesse!]

Save time gazing at the stars with the Meade LX90GPS Telescope ($2,734). With its built-in Sony GPS sensor and AutoAlign technology, the telescope determines its location and aligns your scope for a tour of the universe. After that's over, you can use it to locate over 30,000 other objects. The LX90GPS is built upon the legendary LX90 Schmidt-Cassegrain astro telescope, featuring ultra high transmission coatings, autostar computer hand control, and tripod. Be sure to also spring for the Meade Deep Sky Imager Pro ($130), an easy-to-use monochrome CCD camera that lets you take crazy photos of galaxies, star clusters and planets.

Segway's x2 Personal Transporter ($5,500; Sept.) is a new all-terrain version of the ultra-geeky, two-wheeled machine. The x2 features cross-terrain tires, a wider track and higher ground clearance, and protective fenders with built-in lift handles. The transporter also offers Segways's new LeanSteer technology for turning and a new wireless InfoKey controller that turns on the x2 and acts as the speedometer, odometer, trip computer, battery gauge, and security system. The Segway x2 has a top speed of 12.5 mph and can travel up to 12 miles on a single charge of its lithium-ion batteries. The x2 will also come in three other specialized models — the x2 Golf, x2 Police, and x2 Adventure.

We've been preaching the gospel of front-pocket wallets for a while now, but the recent interest in the topic allowed us to stumble upon a new collection of ultra-slim wallets that have now become our top choice. Koyono's Slimmy wallets are among the absolute thinnest on the planet, and come in three great versions — the Slimmy, the ViewSlimmy, and the SlimSlimmy. They feature an open, three-pocket design that holds the essentials — cash, credit cards, driver's license, and receipts. Our favorite of the bunch is the Slimmy ($22; black, brown or tan). It's simply the perfect front-pocket wallet we've tested. The ViewSlimmy ($26; black or tan) is identical to the original, but adds a window for displaying an ID. And for you ultra-minimalists who feel the need to go even slimmer, Koyono offers the SlimSlimmy ($33; black or brown). Barely larger than a credit card, the SlimSlimmy does away with every last bit of excess bulk that a traditional wallet has. Take your pick — you can't go wrong with any of these.
