The best remote for your iPod Touch or iPhone isn't a remote at all. It's the device itself. With the Audioengine W2 Premium Wireless iPod Adapter ($169), you pick and play songs right from your iPod, just like you normally do. The CD-quality sound is wirelessly beamed from the bottom adapter to a tiny receiver plugged into your stereo. The uncompressed sound uses Wi-Fi technology instead of Bluetooth or FM signals, and is pretty remarkable. Super fast setup is also appreciated. And while Audioengine doesn't say the W2 is certified for iPhone use, we use ours flawlessly with it.
