BACtrack Breathalyzer

BACtrack Breathalyzer

If you host a lot of parties or simply do a lot of drinking, you might want to check out the BACtrack Breathalyzer ($72). This nifty gadget uses BluFire sensor technology to provide quick, accurate blood alcohol level readings, keeping you (or your guests) from over-indulging and getting behind the wheel — or worse, leaving with their ex-wife.

  • Rovio

Need to keep tabs on your pets, home, kids, or wife while you're away? Rovio ($240) can help. This Wi-Fi enabled mobile web cam lets you see, hear, and interact with Rovio's surroundings via an online interface. Rovio will tell you when it's time to charge up, letting you tell it to return to the charging station with one click, and you can add additional TrueTrack beacons to help the little guy self-navigate around your pad.

  • Telenav Shotgun

Less than a month after crowd favorite Dash ceased making hardware to focus on software solutions, longtime software provider Telenav has announced its first full hardware solution the Shotgun ($300). The device is Internet enabled to receive up-to-the-minute updates on everything you might need to get you from point A to Z. While the device normally includes three months of free service, if you act today, you can get six months free as part of Telenav's Cyber Monday bargain.
