BlackBerry Pearl
Long the favorite for corporate warriors everywhere, RIM now has their sights on another target — the everyday consumer. The BlackBerry Pearl ($TBA; September 12) is the first phone for this new group, featuring business-oriented functionality such as BlackBerry's "push-based" email client and the SureType QWERTY keypad, but it also has a media player, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and MicroSD memory expansion. It's only on T-Mobile for the time being, but with quad-band GSM/GPRS and EDGE, we're hoping to see it on Cingular soon.
