In case you haven't seen the awesome commercials, Call of Duty: Black Ops ($60) is out, and if you're an FPS fan, you're going to want to pick it up. Set during the Cold War, Black Ops skips the typical mindless shooting of the series' WWII-era efforts and places you in the shoes of a special forces operative who roams as far as Cuba, Vietnam, and Russia to get the job done — a job that includes shooting, running, and even torture, and not the kind that comes from trying to beat a game like Abadox.
