After mentioning a plain black tee that we loved recently, a reader informed us that we should check out the gear at Canvas Clothing. So we hopped on over to the company's website, where we found a bounty of colorful, yet understated tops — heaven for those of us who would rather go shirtless than to have another artificially-distressed tee with a clever slogan. After wearing Canvas' Short Sleeve Crew Neck T-Shirt ($20), Zip Fleece Cadet Jacket ($48) and 2x1 Rib Tank Top ($18) for a coulple weeks now, we can honestly say that these are some of the absolute best shirts we've ever put on. The fit is perfect, and they're holding up from washings excellently. Pure quality. What else do you expect from a company that's been around since 1969?
