We wouldn't blame you for thinking that a comedy starring Jonah Hill, Marisa Tomei, and John C. Reilly would be a goofball slapstick-fest. But you'd still be wrong. Cyrus ($21-$28) manages to avoid this fate by being grounded firmly in the "mumblecore" roots of directors Jay and Mark Duplass, and winds up being a rather amazing dark comedy with way more character development, story, and honesty than you'd expect.
