The Delta Touch2O Faucet ($550) lets you activate the faucet with your elbow, forearm — really any extremity you have handy — so your beefed-up hands don't have to touch the controls. Just watch out for passerbys when you're trying to pull off your classic water-drop-in-the-scotch maneuver.
