Dock Street Walker Beer

With the success of shows like The Walking Dead it's only natural to see companies crawling over each other to capitalize. But we know a unique product when we see one, and Philadelphia based Dock Street's Walker appears to be the real deal. Walker is an American Pale Stout, that is heavy on the malt and brewed with — wait for it — roasted goat brains and cranberries. The only beer to stock in your apocalypse bunker, or to drink while watching AMC's The Walking Dead finale on March 30th, which just happens to coincide with the release of Walker.

  • Stone Brewing Go To IPA

With the weather threatening to break soon and the cold temperatures waving goodbye, it's time to continue drinking great beer, but with more choices for your surroundings. To put it simply, it's time to drink outside. Stone Brewing, already known for fresh, fantastic IPAs, has a new offering this spring, Go To IPA. It's not only perfect for an outdoor drinking session, but is also ideal when you want to drink more than one. It packs all of the dry, bitter, hop flavors and aromas into a very manageable 4.5% ABV package — ensuring you won't have any trouble making it back to the fridge for another round.

  • Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar Beer

The Swedes may not be known for making great IPAs, but Nebuchadnezzar from Omnipollo is quickly changing those preconceptions. It's a double IPA that was originally a home brew recipe and due to demand has been scaled up to reach a wider audience. Within the beautiful bottle is a citrus forward IPA that weighs in at 8.5%, with some subtle but important Belgian yeasts to balance things out. It's won just about every 'best of' award in Sweden, and is now beginning to make its way to US shores.
