Elemment Palazzo

Elemment Palazzo

Whoa. Is it the weirdest-looking motorcoach we've ever seen? Yup. But it's also the most luxurious. The Elemment Palazzo ($TBA) is the ultimate in wheel-based travel, offering a well appointed, tastefully designed interior that mixes clean, modern lines with classic flourishes, a fully automatic liftable flybridge lounge that pops out of the roof, a couch area that transforms into a bar at the push of a button, a programmed central control for one-stop settings updates, remote video access in case you need to go outside, and an automatic gangway. Basically, if you've got the money, and you've just gotta travel via roadway, you need to be travelling in this. [via]

  • Ford E-Bike Concept

Apparently someone decided that building four-wheel vehicles just wasn't enough. The Ford E-Bike Concept ($TBA) is the storied automaker's look at two-wheeled transportation, and true to typical automotive concepts, it features a tech-filled spec sheet that includes a trapezoidal frame made from aluminum and carbon composite, six-spoke V-design wheels, a hidden carbon belt drive system, a Shimano Alfine 11-speed internal gear hub, a Shimano Rapidfire shifter, an electric powertrain with a motor in the front wheel hub and a lithium ion battery, a range of over 50 miles per charge, and a handlebar-mounted display to keep tabs on the whole thing. As for when — or where — you might be able to buy one? Your guess is as good as ours.

  • Gray Design Sovereign Yacht

Like a Frank Gehry building on water, the Gray Design Sovereign Yacht ($135 million+) embraces flowing, metallic forms for an unmistakable silhouette that will set you apart from all the other superyacht owners at the port. In all seriousness, though, this is a serious watercraft, featuring a wind turbine in the mast and solar panels on the roof to run the lighting systems and stock up reserve power supplies, a retractable cover on the bow that can serve as a sun shade for the jacuzzi, an infinity pool with a reinforced glass helipad in the center, a beach club on the lower deck, three MTU engines to hit speeds of up to 30 knots, and even an optional custom-built limo that's stored in the on-board garage. Here, let's get that drool off your chin.
