The hard rock fusion band with an ever-changing lineup is back with a vengeance on Era Vulgaris ($10). It's a bit less catchy than their first four albums — but in a good way. It's more complex and raw, and even includes a guest appearance by The Strokes' Julian Casablancas. Like most above average albums, Era Vulgaris takes more than a few listens through to appreciate it. Standout tracks: "Sick, Sick, Sick" and "Battery Acid."

We've teamed up with Vestal to give away a copy of the album, an autographed QOTSA poster, and their ultra-badass Destroyer Watch. To win, just tell some friends about us and pray to the rock gods.
