Luckily, Target comes through every now and then with a piece that rivals any classic and is a much better match for our wallet. The Franklin Bench Chair ($170) has a great retro vibe, powder coated steel frame and legs, and is covered in black vinyl and trimmed with white piping. You can even buy two and use the included connecting rods to make a loveseat.
