Google Nexus S

For those of you who've been waiting around for Google to release its next spec phone, your handset has arrived. The Google Nexus S ($TBA) is the replacement for the Goog's Nexus One, packing new tech like Near Field Communications, a slightly curved, four-inch AMOLED Contour Display, and the latest version of Android, version 2.3 — aka Gingerbread. Otherwise it's a lot like Samsung's Galaxy S phones — no surprise since they built it — with a 1 GHz processor, 16GB of internal storage, 720p video recording, a 5 megapixel still camera, front-facing camera for video chat, and standard 3G/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
