Hansacanyon Faucet
Here's another one of those "uh, why hasn't this been done before?" ideas. The Hansacanyon Faucet ($TBA) has an open top and uses LEDs to let you know the temperature of the water — it gradually changes from blue to red depending on how hot or cold the water is.
