He-Man and the Masters of the Universe DVD
July 12, 2005 will be the happiest day of my life. That's because The Best of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe 10 Episode Collector's Edition DVD ($15) set will finally hit stores. I've been waiting for this ever since I started sleeping with my Battle Cat in 1984. The DVD features five of the all-time best episodes from season one and five of the best episodes from season two as chosen in part by fans voting at He-Man.org. The set will also include interviews with the writers, directors, artists, and others who worked behind the scenes of the original series. Not too bad for all the Orko and Teela goodness you could ask for.
