iRobot Looj

iRobot Looj

Tired of cleaning your gutters, or worse yet, dealing with clogged gutters? The iRobot Looj (starting at $100) is like a Roomba for your gutters, using a rotating three-stage auger to sweep out dirt, leaves, and debris. As a bonus, the detachable handle serves as a wireless remote, letting you control the robot while it cleans, leaving you safely (and happily) on the ground.

  • Washburn Baby Jumbo Guitar

Get jumbo-sized sound from a compact-sized instrument with the Washburn Baby Jumbo Guitar ($1800). The electric/acoustic cutaway model features rosewood sides and back, a mahogany neck, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, a solid cedar top, Grover gold tuners, and a bone saddle and nut. For those who don't need the cutaway access or electric features, there's a standard Baby Jumbo ($1500) as well.

  • Sony Rolly

Half Aibo, half iPod, the Sony Rolly ($450) is an MP3-player/robotic gadget that rolls around your room playing music from its two built-in 20mm active speakers. The music comes from either Rolly's 1GB of internal flash memory, or a Bluetooth A2DP/AVRCP enabled device. Features include a USB port, included Motion editor software, onboard ambient lights that display blue, orange, or green light depending on the music playing, and the ability to playback MP3, ATRAC, and AAC files.
