JBL Radial iPod Speaker System
In the crowded arena of iPod speaker systems, it's not always size or features that matter — it's sound. JBL has been producing great speakers for a long time, and so we're expecting nothing short of greatness out of their latest iPod speaker offering, the JBL Radial iPod Speaker System ($300; June). It features an integrated iPod dock, an RF Smart remote that allows control of the iPod from any direction up to 20 feet away, and, most importantly, it uses its 60 watts of power to drive four aluminum domed Odyssey full-range drivers, and one low-frequency driver that is capable of almost a full inch of travel, ensuring bass will be clean and crisp. Look out Hi-Fi, you've got a fight coming.
