While he does have quite the ego and did act a little strange on TV last week, Kanye West is one of the few allowed to do so because he's that damn good. The producer turned rapper, aided by Fiona Apple producer Jon Brion, has churned out an excellent sophomore album. With his collaborations with Maroon 5's Adam Levine, actor Jamie Foxx, Jay-Z and Common among others, West's Late Registration ($11) is an effortless mix of sentimental tracks and sweet hip-hop pop.
