Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks
Not every laptop comes with a built-in webcam — and even if yours did, you might want to upgrade to the new Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks ($100; July 2007). This new cam offers a terrific Carl Ziess Tessar lens with autofocus and a true two-megapixel sensor that uses RightLight 2 technology, automatically adjusting for low and uneven lighting environments. Of course, not everyone has a laptop — if you're a desktop user, check out the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 ($100; July 2007), which offers the same tech in a desktop design. [via]
