Marais Stool

Designed by Xavier Pauchard in 1934, the Marais Stool ($300) doesn't just look vintage — it is vintage. Crafted from sheet steel and unapologetically straight forward, the Marais was long used as a bribe to bars and brasseries by breweries in exchange for carrying their beer, and carries on this tradition by holding court in the secret bar inside Oakley's massive, steampunk-inspired headquarters. Great for adding some industrial flair to your home bar, and also good for beating down intruders, unwanted guests, or obnoxious, drunken in-laws.
