Motorola Q Phone
Typically phones with qwerty keyboards are handy, but rather big — our Treo 650s immediately come to mind. Great for business, but a horrible bulge in the jeans when we head out on the town. No longer. The Q Phone from Motorola ($TBA) features Windows Mobile 5.0, a 320x240 display, mini-SD expandability, Bluetooth, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, mini-USB, the ability to play a slew of different video and audio formats, and the title of “Thinnest QWERTY device in the world,” with a girth of only 11.5mm. Whew — we want one already and it was only released like an hour ago.
